Pat Dane is a proven entrepreneur with a 40 year track record of identifying
and launching over a dozen successful Technology Companies & Products. Among
his major accomplishments include the pioneering of Virus updates that
reside on over Three Billion Computers Worldwide, the development of the
marketing channel resulting from the virtual registration of personal
computers with the Manufacturers and on greater than Ten billion products
worldwide and the launch of and use of a Mouse, Icons and Ethernet
Networking at the Xerox PARC. Pat has significant experience on Capitol Hill
and over 30,000 First Connections on LinkedIn.
Pat's Social & Cultural Internet Footprint
Pat was literally one of the early Pioneers of the Internet. His first
Start-up was in 1995 just after the introduction of the First internet-based
Browser from Netscape. Some notable creations of Pat were the following; The
use of a Personal Website using your own name as the email address.
Pat@PatDane.com. Today this idea is quite pervasive. Pat also created the
titles of Chief Marketing Officer while starting Tuneup.com and the
subsequent use of Chief Revenue Officer a few years later.
While doing the aforementioned Pat traveled extensively and became a fixture at the Marriott. Since 1983 Pat has spent 2,700 nights in these properties the world over. He has
accumulated over 20 Million Reward Points and is a Lifetime Titanium Member
and in the top 1/2 of one percent of Marriott's 50 million Members. He is
frequently asked for his opinion and feedback on new programs at the
Marriott and has been an Advisor to them for over twenty years.
With this travel he exclusively started using Hertz as his Rental Car
Company and is a Lifetime Presidents Circle Member. During these years Pat
flew over Thirty Million Miles and became a Top Tier Member of American,
Delta and U S Airways Premier Clubs.
